This past week I decided to read “Sarah’s Key” by Tatiana de Rosnay. “Sarah’s Key” is about the roundup of French Jews in July 1942. It is told between Julia Jarmond, a reporter in current day Paris and Sarah. At the beginning, Sarah locks up her little brother when she hears the police knocking at the door and takes the key with her.
I had gotten this book for Christmas from my Aunt but was too scared to read it, I had read about 3 pages and kind of forgot about it at the beginning of January but since my Mom just finished it I decided to pick it up again. I have to say that it’s VERY sad to read about what these people had to go through but so far it’s a great book!

Anna Lee, remember most of your post (about 75%) should be your reactions to and thoughts about the book, in depth. Work on making that the focus of your posts.
